Slacking :(

Where have I been? Well I went to crazyland and neglected my blog :( But don't worry, I'm going to be posting a bunch today. Hopefully!

Card #5 We're Cruzin' Now!!

Alright, I'm on a roll! For this card I just had a light bulb idea! Christmas-Snowglobe! Then my creative/ ready for a challenge side is like alright here we go boys! And POOF, Snowglobe card is what we have! If I were to make this card again there would be things I'd do different. Maybe get some acetate so the globe part looks shiny, or a funner base. I was proud of my self for making it and it turning out okay! (Woot Score Crys!!)  

The bottom image says "The magic begins with you" (thought it was fitting ya know the Santa Clause movies!) Maybe you don't know? Well anyway here's what I used.
Okay, Okay I get it shut up and tell me about it. So, again cheapy Wally-mart card stock, image from Dearie Dolls Digi's, and the stamps I got at a thrift store and don't know who they're made by.

Card # 3

Alright guys! It's the moment you've been waiting for ( I think I'm funny :P ) I'm finally posting my third card! I've finished way more since then but, I'm behind on blogging them. I can't step away from making more! Thus me writing how many blogs at 10:41 pm. I know sad, but here we go!  

The card stock is plain old walmart card stock. The Christmas papers I got as a gift a LONG time ago, and the image is from Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps. Link here ->http://deariedollsdigis.blog.com/
I just used regular colored pencils and a little bit of glitter as the snow.
I did a little bit of faux stitching around some of the edges. I mounted the image on dimensional foam tape but move it to the left more so the end slips under the image.

Upcoming

Well I've been a busy bee the past week! I've completed a couple of cards and will probably post some of them tomorrow! :) I'm kind of shocked at how well they're turning out! Thank goodness I only have to make like 11 or 12! :) I spend too much time on each one. Well anyway, keep an eye out for the upcoming cards! Oh, and handmade envelopes cause they're weird sizes!

Card Number 2!

Woo-hoo! I'm on a roll, card number two used the same paper pad as in the previous post. The images are from a google search (I know I forgot to write down the website :( ) Oh and I rounded all of the corners with a corner chomper, on the other card too but I forgot to mention that! :)

I love making these cards! I'm taking a bold leap and planning on doing my Christmas cards! :/ Getting started on my coloring though!! Now I just need to go to the craft store and get more cardstock!

1st Card!!!!!! :)

   So, today I did it, my first card! Well actually I did it a few days ago but hey whose counting!

    I made a card for my grandmother who just recently had one mild heart attack and then another one a few weeks later that was very severe! So of course my crafty nature kicked in and to-dahhh I made a get well card! Stupid me forgot to take a picture before writing my message inside. :( So the inside is going to be blurred out because who wants to read my personal stuff? Huh, huh? It's you I know it. Hahah just kidding :P 

   So here I took designer paper from me&my big ideas and the collection is mambisheets (12x12 pack). The nurse image is a printable online somewhere I think from Dearie Dolls Digi's. I used colored pencils to color the image. The white is just plain 8 1/2x11 sheet of white cardstock. The cards dimensions are 5 1/2x 8 1/2.
On the inside same materials except the chipboard sticker that I don't remember who it's by.
